Elevating Identity: StudentPrint Brand Guideline Creation

Branding

Madison, WI | January 2024 - September 2024

Overview

As the Marketing Director at StudentPrint, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive brand guideline to establish a unified and professional identity for the organization. The Guide ensured consistency across all internal and external communications, enhancing brand recognition and strengthening connections with the team.

Key Contributions

Designing Cohesion: Developed a refreshed logo, color palette, and typography, all carefully aligned to reflect StudentPrint's mission and values.

Guideline Development: Crafted a detailed brand guideline that standardized visual and written communications, providing clear instructions for tone, formatting, and visual elements.

Collaboration & Strategy: Partnered with cross-functional teams to align the new brand identity with organizational goals and ensure a smooth implementation process.

Implementation Plan: Introduced the guideline to team members and trained them to integrate the branding into day-to-day operations.

Key Results

Created a professional and cohesive brand identity that enhanced the organization’s credibility and appeal.
Streamlined communication processes, reducing inconsistencies across platforms and materials.
Strengthened engagement with clients and stakeholders through visually appealing and consistent branding.

Reflection

Leading the development of StudentPrint’s brand guideline was a rewarding experience that deepened my expertise in branding, graphic design, and strategic communication. This project taught me the importance of cohesive visual storytelling and cross-departmental collaboration to achieve lasting organizational impact.
